Zain noticed the iPhone post i wrote yesterday and took action on it very quickly, i got an email at 8AM and then a call at 10am !
Mr.Al-Omar explained to me the reasons behind the 6 month period and thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention he also agreed that the customers’ history should be considered in such cases and exceptions should be made -i was the first -.
I was excepting my post to be read by Zain since all new posts are auto shared by a lot of aggregator sites and twitters, and the fact that Zain monitor online conversations around their brand across the social web, but i never expected such a quick action from them !
Thank you Zain for the prompt customer support and for solving the issue.
