Photo bubble
We have fitted it with a Honda chassis, we want to beat the hell out of them now !
Nice Ad !
But aren’t these almost the same features of the 2011 model?
How can you mend a broken heart ?
The 1199 Panigale
I don’t think we’ll be seeing any more of the Panigale before EICMA, the name Panigale came from Borgo Panigale the home town of Ducati and i hope local nick name for the bike won’t be “ البنغالي ”
Boys & Toys
Reminds me of the old days when we used to skip school to ride or repair our bikes, i guess some bad habits never change ;).
10-10-2011
In the soft launch date of the new Kawasaki ZX-14, and looking at the a couple of leaked photos the bike has killer looks…and almost a ZX-10 clone.
The full launch will be at EICMA on November 8th, but will it be a Hayabusa killer, and what about Suzuki do they have anything under their sleeves are they gona surprise us at EICMA ?
Himalayan trip update
The guys are now in their 8th day of their 11 day Himalayan trip, and posting updates about the trip is very difficult as they are out of the coverage most of the time.
They do send a photo every now and then, and i gathered some they sent from their cell phones using WhatsApp…some photos are almost a week old and some are fresh.
We will be posting more photos when they get back, but for now i’ll leave you with these.
It’s an Anniversary
50 years, thats how long Yamaha has been in business and to memorate the event Yamaha is intruducing a special, limited-production World Grand Prix Racing 50th Anniversary Edition in the same color scheme that Jorge Lorenzo and Ben Spies used at Assen, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca and Indianapolis Motor Speedway. The Anniversary machines will have numbered plaques and 50th Anniversary emblems on the fuel tanks, gold-colored tuning forks in the Yamaha emblems.
Riding the Himalaya
Its been a while since i did any summer riding, and due to the unrest in Syria and Egypt we had to cancel our Euro trip this year…the only way to reach Europe is thru Syria or by ferry from Alexandria, Egypt.
Five of my friends decided to look for an alternative and they ended up joining an organized 11 day Himalayan bike tour thru Spiti Valley, Manali all the way to Leh – the capital of the former Himalayan kingdom- on an 500cc Royal Enfield.
The guys left yesterday to New Delhi and from the outskirts of Delhi they will start their 11 day Himalayan adventure reaching altitudes of over 5500 meters on some of the toughest biking routes in the world.
The nice thing about this trip is being a one way trip, so they won’t be riding the motorcycles back.. they will be flying back to Delhi once they reach Leh.
I will try to post updates about the trip if i get any, but i believe the updates will be very little considering the route and the lack of communication tools.
