BMW 2013 spy shots
Finally some news on the 2013 motorcycle line from BMW, it looks like they are planing 2 new bikes for 2013.
The first is a naked version of the S1000RR with a half faring that looks like a copy of the Aprilia Tuono -which i hate-, and the other one is a Roadster or Cafe Racer style based on the Lo-Rider concept they presented back in 2008.

Calling all Kuwaiti investors
Investindustrial, the private equity company controlling 84.6% of Ducati Motor Holding SpA, is considering selling their Ducati shares in a private offering next year. The stocks will only be available to large corporations like banks, and investment groups who also may also sell these stocks to the public.
Ducati posted earnings of $155 million in 2010, doubled its market share and increased its presence in Asia despite the global economic crises AND is planing to introduce several NEW MODELS in November.
Could Ducati become the next Italian Kuwaiti ?
Super Square
Spy photos and info of the new Ducati 1199 superbike are surfacing around the web, the 1199 was co-developed by Troy Bayliss who has been lapping it at Mugello circuit and according to him it’s a BEAS !! -he managed to match Stoner’s lap time on the GP10-
The bike is called Superquadrata -Super Square- reference to the ultra short stroke of the all new V-twin engine, and as we can see from the spy shots the new bike is a shorter, lighter and much more compact, the new engine will have gear driven cams to maintain the valve timing at high revs.
It’s also rumored that the bike will be frameless -an innovation Ducati patent last year – anyway ECMA is only a couple of month away and thats where we except the new beast will be launched.
Ducati GP Roadster
Ducati to unveil a V4 GP based Roadster, it will be powered by the 220+ HP V4 Desmosedici engine.
Can anyone imagine this beast on a 1/4 mile ?
Rumor has it
Casey Stoner is moving to Honda
Yet another rumor
BMW to buy MV Agusta.
I wouldn’t be surprised, they are the only company with loads of cash while all other bike manufacturers are in the red.
Rumor of the day
A possible merger between the two Italian giants…it will be very annoying to their Japanese rivals.
Semi official photo of Ducati Stradaperta 2010
It is said that the Stradaperta will replace the Multistrada, and will be revealed at Ecima 2009.
Ducati Strada Aperta
Rumors have been circulating around for while about a new Ducati, apparently its a new adventure touring, and is expected to tackle the KTM 990 and probably the BMW GS1200.
It looks aggressive, and knowing ducati the Aperta should perform as looks.
