Our Harley, bobbers, poppers friends, or whatever they call their bikes has been bragging about how fast and powerful their bikes are, they also subtitled parts of movies in an effort to hide their failure against the Beemers and the DUCs.

For a while they won the media war on FB, so i deiced to shoot a little video that shows who is really wining these traffic light drag races, i raced them with my 1000cc Ducati Sport Classic and i didn’t even unleash all the horses…they are running 1750cc stroker engines.

The Sting Of The BumbleBee is also available in  HD, enjoy.

Release the Power

Having to meet the stringent anti-pollution rules and environmental requirements of the European emission standards, factories’ engineers had to linear the air fuel mixture of engines, and that had a negative effect on performance, thats why we use devices like Power Commanders, Tune Boy, Rapid Bike..etc, BoosterPlug is a cool plug and play gadget for your beemer that require no Dyno tuning, it will trick the ECU to think the air temperature is lower than the actual readings, and the ECU will richen the airfuel mixture by a certain amount -from aprox 14,4 : 1 to 13,6 : 1 – which will make your bike run much better and smother, and it will :
• Improve and softer throttle response when rolling the throttle on-off.

• Remove the Jerky low speed running that is typical for modern lean burn engines.
• Reduce Puffing in your aftermarket exhaust on engine braking.

BoosterPlug is only available for most BMW motorcycles and and the Triumph Tiger 1050.

This may sound a repetition of the previous post.

SWA -Supertest World Association- is an organization that runs the world biggest track test with motorcycle journalists from all around the world to compare the latest bikes in the market.

This year test took place in Greece, with the absence of Ducati, KTM and Bimota, the final ranking -based on lap times, dyno power and torque measurements, comfort, price/performance ratio- was as follows:

1-BMW S1000RR (with distinction)
2-APRILIA RSV4
3-MV AGUSTA F4 1000
4-KAWASAKI ZX-10R
5-SUZUKI GSX-R 1000
6-YAMAHA YZF R1
7-HONDA CBR1000RR

Do you think Ducati will take him back?

From the GSX-R to the RR

Leon Haslam has been officially released from his contract with Alstare Suzuki due to financial problems facing the team.

Deep pocketed BMW seized the opportunity, and Haslem will be taking Ruben Xaus place riding alongside Troy Corser in the BMW Motorrad team for the 2011 season.

I believe this a great move by BMW, as they need a young rider with great stamina and determination like Haslem next to Corser their experienced rider.
